All proceeds benefit our Empowered Youth program, which helps kids be healthy, happy and whole! Empowered Youth offers no-cost after-school and summer camp programs to kids. Your support of the C3 5K will fund physical fitness activities and field trips.

Now, more than ever, our kids need support and guidance. Our Empowered Youth program is here to help them -- but we need you to support the program by participating in the C3 5K and, perhaps, making an extra contribution when you register.
