The Eagle One FCU branch locations that you will now have access to starting November 3rd are located at:
8022 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152
3301 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703

*Important Information Regarding Debit Cards*
If you currently have a checking account with Philadelphia Letter Carriers, over the next few weeks, you will receive an Eagle One FCU debit card in the mail. It will come in a plain white envelope. When you receive the debit card in the mail, a sticker will be on the card with the phone number to call and activate. You will select option 1 to activate the card. The automated system will ask for the card number and expiration date and other information for verification. The automated message will say your card has been activated, then there will be a pause and then the system will say you have not set your four-digit pin. At this point, please select your four-digit pin and then you will be asked to verify the pin. Next, the system will say your pin is set and ready for use. You will not be able to activate this card until November 3rd once the merger is completed.
Please ensure that you are adequately prepared for merger weekend where services will be unavailable. Merger weekend will take place between 10/31-11/2. You will not be able to use your Philadelphia Letter Carriers Debit Card after 10/30, so please plan accordingly and withdraw enough cash for the weekend.
As we begin opening member accounts in preparation for the merger, you may receive an alert from Eagle One FCU via email or text message about your address being changed. Please disregard this alert as it relates to the account opening process.
The merger of Philadelphia Letter Carriers FCU and Eagle One FCU was completed to benefit you, the Philadelphia Letter Carrier members. Through increased product and service offerings and branch access, the merger creates new opportunities for members. With that being said, we realize any change can be uncomfortable and we want to make this as smooth as possible for you.
