Visa Secure Online Transactions - To help combat fraud for online transactions, you may be asked to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) for you to verify a transaction being completed online.  If this occurs the code will be sent via email, voice call, or text based upon the contact information you provided for your credit card account.  This eliminates the need to remember a password. 

Cardlock for your Eagle One Visa Credit Card

To Access Cardlock:

  1. Login to Online Banking.

  2. Select your credit card number; you will be redirected to the credit card website.

  3. Click the Account Home Screen

  4. Click the Lock/ Unlock icon. The confirmation screen will display. 

Lock Your Card from View Transactions

You can lock your credit card using the following steps:

  1. Login to Home Banking

  2. Find Credit Card number which will redirect you to credit card site.

  3. Click the Statements & Activity tab.  

  4. Select View Transactions from the drop-down menu. The View Transactions screen displays

  5. Click the Lock/Unlock icon. The confirmation screen displays. 

  6. Click the OK button. The card is locked/unlocked.

Login directly to the site.
